About the role
The Head Bartender leads the bar team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a positive customer experience. This role involves overseeing beverage service, creating cocktail menus, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bar operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
- Provide leadership, training, scheduling, and performance management for bar staff.
- Develop and update cocktail menus, train the team on preparation techniques and responsible alcohol service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and monitor inventory to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate on special events, promotions, and guest issue resolution.
