Head of Finance - Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman

About the role

As KONE expands its Gulf operations across Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, it seeks an experienced finance leader to drive financial performance and support the region’s growth strategy. Reporting to the Finance Director for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa and matrix‑reporting to the Managing Director of KONE Gulf, the Head of Finance will be based in Doha and act as the primary finance contact for the Gulf markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial direction and support to business stakeholders across the Gulf region.
• Ensure complete and accurate financial information for management and statutory reporting.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and cash‑flow management processes.
• Implement and monitor financial policies, internal controls and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals and serve as the point of contact for treasury, tax and other finance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience in multinational, matrix‑organized companies.
• Strong English communication skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting tools.
