Head of Key Accounts

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Key Accounts to lead the engagement and relationship management framework for our most strategic clients. The role will drive client retention, identify growth opportunities, and ensure executive‑level relationships are nurtured across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic management approach for high‑value client accounts.
• Build long‑term trusted relationships with CEOs, SPOCs and senior executives.
• Proactively manage strategic client portfolios, identifying retention risks and mitigation plans.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, including new business activities, additional entities, workforce growth and ecosystem participation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex matters for assigned accounts.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio performance.
• Establish and maintain strategic account management frameworks, governance models and operating procedures.
• Foster a high‑performance culture focused on service excellence, accountability, collaboration and client success.
• Evaluate commercial opportunities and economic value generated by strategic accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, corporate banking, relationship management, consulting or business development.
• 0‑3 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Master’s degree desirable.
• Proven experience managing strategic corporate clients and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Experience leading client retention and growth initiatives in highly regulated or professional services environments.
