Head of Performance Marketing

About the role

The Head of Performance Marketing will lead Snoonu’s performance marketing function, overseeing user acquisition and digital marketing to turn spend into revenue. You will set commercial strategy, define KPIs and ensure coordinated execution across paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend performance marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Allocate budget across user acquisition and digital marketing, managing total spend.
• Set blended CPO and CAC targets and hold senior managers accountable.
• Coordinate paid acquisition, awareness and organic growth to eliminate overlap and drive synergies.
• Define performance KPIs, reporting requirements and work with analytics teams on attribution models and martech tooling.
• Identify new channel opportunities, market expansion strategies and investment shifts based on data.
• Partner with Finance, CRM, Loyalty and Partnerships heads to ensure seamless acquisition‑to‑growth handoff and subscription growth support.

Required profile

• 6+ years in performance, digital or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience running large‑scale campaigns across multiple paid channels.
• Strong analytical, strategic, commercial and financial acumen.
