Head of QA/QC – Lead Quality Assurance & Control

About the role

The Head of QA/QC will lead quality assurance and quality control activities across multiple projects in the manufacturing sector. This senior position is responsible for establishing robust quality standards and ensuring they are consistently applied throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality standards, procedures and inspection processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and project teams to integrate quality requirements.
• Identify quality issues, drive corrective actions and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports and documentation to senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in quality assurance and control.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and procedures.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, leadership and communication skills.
