Head Therapist

About the role

The Head Therapist leads the daily operations of our spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Spa Director, you will shape the guest experience while driving team performance and financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa activities, guaranteeing compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Train, supervise, and support therapists and support staff, fostering consistent performance and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, payroll, and expense control to meet financial targets.
• Prepare regular reports on productivity, product consumption, and financial performance.
• Set retail and treatment sales targets, coach staff on upselling, and develop promotional initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences, handle VIP arrivals, and resolve feedback or complaints professionally.
• Conduct quality checks, maintain confidentiality, and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Beauty Therapy.
• 3–5 years of spa experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and hygiene standards.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for wellness and service excellence.
