About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Health Club Manager at The Plaza Doha, you will lead the health club, fitness centre, spa and related guest services, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise health club operations, supporting the Manager/Director in running the fitness centre, spa or salon.
- Lead and develop the health club team by training, scheduling and supervising staff across fitness, spa and guest service roles.
- Provide hands‑on support by stepping into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity.
- Assist business operations through marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management and financial performance tracking.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
