Hook Up Lead – Onshore

About the role

The Hook Up Lead will oversee onshore hook‑up and integration activities for wellhead platforms, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead offshore hook‑up and integration activities, managing campaign planning, preparation, execution and close‑out.
• Supervise multidisciplinary construction teams, including engineers, superintendents and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company standards while monitoring contractor performance.
• Coordinate daily with stakeholders, contractors and offshore teams to resolve construction and execution issues.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or extensive oil & gas experience.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in project‑related roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures and wellhead platform construction.
