About the role
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for visitors at Loft A Studio’s Doha office. Working full‑time on‑site, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations and support seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls with proper etiquette.
- Manage reservation schedules and coordinate client appointments.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support the team in upholding Loft A Studio’s service standards and brand reputation.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised, punctual and adaptable in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in hotels, hospitality or other customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
