Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and the entire hotel.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and ensure all areas are well‑supplied.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Uphold uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication standards.
