Hotel Guest Environment Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts go beyond simply providing a clean room and fresh bedding. They create memorable, unique experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are readily available.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to the brand’s high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of back‑of‑house areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory control and supply management.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards, professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
