About the role
The Housekeeping Runner supports the hotel’s housekeeping team by ensuring guest rooms and corridors are clean, well‑maintained and safe, delivering professional service to guests and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Keep corridors and public areas tidy and orderly.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests.
- Provide a safe and orderly environment for guests and staff.
Required profile
- Experience in a housekeeping department.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude even under pressure.
