About the role
Alfardan Corporation is looking for a professional Housekeeping Shift Leader in Qatar. The person supervises the housekeeping team during their shift and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Brief cleaning tasks and assign them to housekeeping staff
- Manage the documentation process
- Build strong relationships with staff and tenants
- Implement and execute quality procedures
- Manage the cleaning schedule of the property
- Manage the performance of the property, housekeeping staff and outsourced housekeeping contractors
- Manage inter-departmental relationships with reception and maintenance
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Formal training and certification in hospitality service or customer care
- Diligence and integrity
- Interpersonal, organization and client-centred skills
