Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping operations at our Oaks Al Najada property in Doha, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Reporting to hotel management, you will coordinate a team of housekeepers and oversee daily cleaning activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across rooms, public and common areas.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with housekeeping staff, guests and contractors.
- Support the team to deliver excellent cleaning services.
- Oversee daily on‑the‑job training for all cleaning employees.
- Maintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a housekeeping team.
- Experience controlling budgets and managing supplies, replacements and consumables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and set cleanliness standards.
