Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping operations at Al Najada Doha Hotel By Tivoli, ensuring the property maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of housekeepers, coordinating with other hotel departments, and overseeing daily operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
- Build productive relationships with housekeeping staff, hotel guests, and contractors.
- Support the housekeeping team to deliver excellent cleaning services.
- Oversee daily on‑the‑job training for all cleaning employees.
- Maintain accurate financial, maintenance, and inventory records.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a housekeeping team.
- Experience controlling budgets, supplies, replacements, and consumables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow procedures and set cleanliness standards.
