Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our property in West Bay, Doha. The role will oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and employee development, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering high‑quality HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and attending job fairs.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, handle unemployment claims, and ensure accurate reporting and representation in hearings.
• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs, ensuring new hires are cross‑trained and aligned with the company’s guest‑service culture.
• Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and maintain quality control over candidate selection.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to advertise openings and attract a diverse candidate pool.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years of HR or related experience, OR an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with at least one year of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, benefits administration, and employee training in a hospitality or property‑management environment.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labour laws and HR best practices.
