About the role
The Technician (HVAC) is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment, supporting the team, and reporting faults to engineers and supervisors to improve departmental performance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks accurately and on time.
- Carry out corrective maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist subcontractors with assigned work and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
- Report defects, breakdowns, and spare‑part needs to the Fault Reporting Center or engineering staff.
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and follow duty rosters and safety procedures.
Required profile
- ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations such as OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, and BS.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA, MSDS, BS).
