HVAC Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead the construction activities of our subcontractors on energy projects. The role ensures that HVAC works are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor performance in productivity, schedule, quality and safety.
• Verify that subcontractors use the latest IFC drawings and engineering instructions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date copies of all relevant drawings and technical documents on site.
• Report technical issues to the Superintendent to avoid delays.
• Participate in mock‑up and toolbox meetings to ensure proper execution of new activities.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractor foremen to meet weekly targets.
• Monitor daily progress reports and address discrepancies.
• Support the Subcontract Administration Team in identifying contract deficiencies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HVAC discipline and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings and engineering instructions.
• Experience in supervising subcontractor teams on large‑scale projects.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and quality standards.
