HVAC Technician

About the role

The HVAC Technician will ensure the comfort and safety of guests and staff by maintaining and repairing HVAC, air‑quality, and refrigeration systems at a JW Marriott property in Doha. This full‑time position involves daily inspections, monitoring energy usage, and supporting the mechanical plant.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature and energy usage.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters and perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and complete required training.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Certification and a valid driver’s license.
