Information Technology Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Analyst to join our team in Doha. The role combines IT analysis, quality assurance, and support for application development, primarily within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements and process flows.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS/FRD, user stories, RTM, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Lead SIT/UAT and QA activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing, and sign‑offs.
• Support application development, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with business users, IT, PMO, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain SDLC, change management, security, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and executive updates in Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2–4 years in system/application development, configuration, or implementation.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
