About the role

The Infra Transformation Associate Director leads the design and execution of enterprise‑wide infrastructure architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals, performance targets, and the overall technology strategy. This senior position drives both cloud and on‑premise transformation initiatives, overseeing planning, migration, security, and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain operations architecture that meets business requirements and performance objectives.
• Lead infrastructure strategy, planning, and transformation programs across the enterprise.
• Conduct cloud infrastructure assessments, design architectures, and guide migration planning.
• Oversee cloud migration programs to support business and technology transformation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and operationally efficient.
• Guide build and transformation efforts across compute, storage, networking, and platform layers.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to improve consistency and delivery speed.
• Support enterprise network operations and overall infrastructure modernization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with strategic priorities.
• Maintain adherence to security, governance, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in infrastructure architecture, transformation, or cloud operations leadership.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure strategy, planning, and operational architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to align technology architecture with business requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
