About the role
The Inside Sales Advisor – Digital Sales Development will support early‑stage sales engagements for Gas Technology Services' Digital group. You will translate customer needs into digital solutions, turn opportunities into projects, and feed market feedback into product development.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to pipeline development together with Solution Architects.
- Generate fresh commercial ideas and support Product Leadership in creating new program streams.
- Define project‑specific strategies and coordinate with Regional and Account Sales Leads to set priorities.
- Ensure compliance with the sales process during demand‑creation phases.
- Share relevant content across IET and BH organizations and leverage Digital Delivery solutions.
- Conduct market research and validate customer and market scenarios.
- Help develop the GTS Digital portfolio and produce thought‑leadership content.
- Disseminate customer outcome insights internally and integrate with broader GTS and IET teams.
Required profile
- Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of customer‑facing experience in aftermarket services within the energy sector.
- Experience with digital services and digital sales approaches.
- Strong negotiation, problem‑analysis and stakeholder‑leadership abilities in matrix environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to document and plan effectively.
