Insurance Executive

About the role

KIMS Holding Company, a leading Doha-based insurer offering insurance solutions to individuals and businesses, is looking for an experienced Insurance Executive. The role is full-time and on-site at KIMSHEALTH Medical Center - Meshaf, and involves building client relationships, assessing their insurance needs and providing suitable solutions while keeping up with market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships and assess their insurance needs
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis to recommend appropriate coverage
• Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with insurers on behalf of clients
• Stay up to date with industry trends, policy and regulatory changes
• Provide prompt customer service and handle client inquiries
• Collaborate with colleagues on sales strategies
• Monitor and track insurance claims for timely processing
• Prepare reports for management on sales and performance metrics
• Attend networking events and conferences to grow the client base
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build client relationships
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment; valid insurance license preferred
