Integration Developer – IBM App Connect Enterprise

About the role

We are looking for an Integration Developer with strong hands‑on experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) to design, develop and maintain integration solutions across multiple systems. The role involves ensuring secure, scalable and high‑performance data exchange for our clients in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and configure message flows, integration services and connectors.
• Implement transformation logic with ESQL, Java, XSLT and handle various transport protocols such as HTTP, MQ, SOAP, REST, JDBC and FTP.
• Develop and consume APIs, manage data transformations (XML, JSON, CSV) and collaborate with architects, analysts and developers.
• Monitor, debug and resolve issues in message flows, ensure compliance with security and data‑governance standards, and participate in code reviews and performance tuning.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) v11 or later.
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols (HTTP, MQ, FTP, JDBC) and middleware such as IBM MQ.
• Solid understanding of SOA, API‑driven architectures and integration patterns.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
