IT Analyst & Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for an IT Analyst & Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Qatar. You will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality IT applications that meet functional and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document functional and non‑functional business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, RTM).
• Map current and future business processes, create workflow diagrams and maintain SOPs.
• Support application development and enhancements, perform impact analysis and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, case design, defect management and sign‑offs.
• Maintain testing evidence, documentation and reporting while adhering to information‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, application development, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience conducting SIT and UAT, managing defects and delivering test documentation.
• Good understanding of information‑security requirements and ability to implement related controls.
