IT & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a strategic and hands‑on IT & Digital Transformation Manager to join a premier, diversified international group based in Doha. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will lead the enterprise technology agenda across construction, real estate, energy and private‑equity businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s enterprise IT strategy, aligning technology investments with business growth.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including AI integration, process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Oversee IT budgets, technology roadmaps and vendor contracts.
• Implement construction technology tools such as BIM, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore and Primavera P6.
• Standardise corporate networks, Azure cloud environments and end‑user computing across international offices.
• Define and enforce cybersecurity policies, manage firewalls, endpoint security and ISO 27001 alignment.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing internal IT team while managing external consultants and service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 8–15+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience supporting project‑based environments in construction, EPC, real estate or heavy infrastructure.
• International exposure managing multi‑entity IT operations.
