IT Director – Hospitality

About the role

As the IT Director for a leading hospitality property, you will shape and execute the technology strategy that supports exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the overall IT strategy, covering hardware, software, network infrastructure, staffing and maintenance.
• Manage network upgrades, directory structures and system maintenance to optimise performance, security and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to personal computing, applications and connectivity for staff and guests.
• Ensure all IT infrastructure complies with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements.
• Partner with property leadership to maintain critical site systems and support business needs.
• Oversee technology budgets and payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with guidelines.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing IT team through performance management, professional development and recognition.
