IT Engineer – Business Coordination & Technical Support

About the role

PMOBytes is seeking a proactive IT Engineer to support business coordination, client communication, training activities, business development and daily operations. The role also offers exposure to project coordination and basic technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with clients, students, potential customers, partners and suppliers.
• Support training programmes, handling schedules, participants, trainers, materials and related arrangements.
• Assist business development by following up on leads, arranging meetings and preparing proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Maintain organised records of clients, leads, follow‑ups and business opportunities.
• Track project tasks, deadlines, deliverables and outstanding actions.
• Provide basic support for Jira, Confluence, QPunch, Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Handle basic troubleshooting, software access, subscriptions, website updates and technical follow‑ups.
• Support marketing activities, social media coordination, online research and campaigns.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and managing multiple activities independently.
• Basic understanding of business development, customer service or sales coordination.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work within a small team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and general online business tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Atlassian products, QPunch and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools, cloud platforms and WordPress.
