IT Project Manager – Cards

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Cards‑related initiatives for our Qatar operations. The role focuses on delivering complex banking technology projects across credit, debit, prepaid cards and e‑payments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, card schemes and compliance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, quality and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting, escalation and change‑control practices in a structured governance environment.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within banking, financial services, cards or payments.
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end IT project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Experience working in structured governance environments with strong documentation and reporting practices.
• Ability to join within 2 weeks to 1 month.
