IT Support Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Administrator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring the organization’s IT environment runs smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, printers, and network problems.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and application issues.
• Monitor and support LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity and network devices.
• Apply software updates, security patches and antivirus solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences and equipment records.
• Perform routine backups, system maintenance and basic server administration.
• Document support tickets, resolutions and technical procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with printers, scanners, VoIP and office productivity tools.
• Good communication, troubleshooting and customer‑service skills.
