IT Support Engineer – Active Directory & Microsoft Intune

About the role

Nair Systems is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Qatar operations, focusing on Active Directory and Microsoft Intune management. The role involves providing day‑to‑day support for Microsoft 365 environments and Windows 11 desktops while ensuring reliable network and device services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure Entra ID accounts.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Provide first‑line support for Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, and Windows 11.
• Handle network, Wi‑Fi, printer, backup, and endpoint patching issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk or Desktop Support.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
