IT Support Specialist

About the role

Snoonu is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its IT Operations team. You will provide reliable Tier 1‑2 technical assistance to employees while supporting network design, asset management, and technology projects in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1‑2 support via phone, portal, and remote tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Assist in designing and implementing Wi‑Fi, LAN, and other network connectivity.
• Consult with users on hardware/software needs and provide training on new tools.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories in coordination with IT Coordinators.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Support small‑scale technology rollouts under senior guidance.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff with clear context and troubleshooting history.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT service support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and IT service management processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot moderately complex IT issues.
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, user‑training, and organizational skills.
