ITSM Consultant (sMax) – Onsite in Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant with deep expertise in the sMax platform to join our team in Qatar on a one‑year onsite assignment. The consultant will lead the design, implementation and integration of OpenText Ops Bridge solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare solution design documents, requirement traceability matrices, as‑built and test plan documentation.
• Own deliverables from effort estimation through project execution and closure.
• Deploy, configure and integrate OpenText Ops Bridge suite components, including high‑availability and SSL SSO settings.
• Conduct product knowledge‑transfer sessions for end‑customers.
• Collaborate with product support and R&D to resolve technical issues.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation such as release notes, user guides and test result summaries.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT service management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in ITIL Foundation or PMI is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work independently on complex integrations.
