Junior BIM Technician - Wet Utilities (Autodesk Civil 3D)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior BIM Technician specialized in wet utilities to join our Doha office. You will create, manage and coordinate BIM models for water supply, drainage and sewage infrastructure, supporting complex infrastructure projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for wet utilities systems using Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models, performing clash detection and generating resolution reports.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications and documentation derived from BIM models for construction and coordination.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
• Manage BIM data to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with project standards and local codes.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and provide guidance on modeling standards.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for wet utilities infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with Navisworks.
• Experience using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of MEP and wet utilities systems (water supply, drainage, sewage).
