Junior Business Analyst – Data & AI

About the role

CEREBRUM is seeking a Junior Business Analyst with a curious mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a creative approach to problem‑solving. You will work closely with consulting, technical, and delivery teams on Data, Analytics, and AI projects, translating business needs into clear requirements and meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, objectives, and improvement opportunities.
• Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements through technology, automation, and AI.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution concepts.
• Analyze data, identify patterns, interpret findings, and communicate insights that support business decisions.
• Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, presentations, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionality to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and AI use cases to identify opportunities for customers.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to visualize ideas through diagrams, workflows, wireframes, or presentations.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively.
