K2 Developer

About the role

We are looking for a K2 Developer to join our team on a 6‑month contract in Doha, Qatar, supporting a government client. The role involves designing, building, configuring and maintaining enterprise‑grade business process applications using the K2 product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows in K2 Five/K2 Cloud, translating complex business processes into functional solutions.
• Develop responsive Smart Forms and reusable Smart Objects to integrate with external databases and SaaS platforms.
• Integrate K2 workflows with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics using REST/SOAP services.
• Write and optimise SQL Server database components, including stored procedures, views and triggers supporting K2 processes.
• Extend the K2 platform with custom .NET/C# code, custom assembly brokers and Smart Forms controls when out‑of‑the‑box features are insufficient.
• Administer the K2 environment, troubleshoot workflow issues, manage deployments and perform performance tuning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on business process management systems.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience developing enterprise applications on K2 Five or K2 Cloud.
• Proven experience integrating K2 with at least two enterprise platforms (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
