Kids Club Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Kids Club Attendant to join Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The role involves creating a safe, fun and memorable experience for children and their families while upholding the hotel’s luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and families warmly, supervise children at all times and ensure their safety.
• Organise and lead age‑appropriate games, arts‑and‑crafts, storytelling and other recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized Kids Club environment, including regular cleaning and safety checks of toys and equipment.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, monitor behaviour, and communicate with parents about activities and any concerns.
• Report accidents, incidents or maintenance issues promptly and support special events or themed programmes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in childcare, kids club, recreation, education or hospitality.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Warm, patient and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and commitment to luxury hospitality standards.

Required skills

• First Aid and CPR certification (advantageous).
• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare or related field (advantageous).
