Kids Play Attendant (Female) – Qatar

About the role

The Kids Play Attendant (Female) will supervise children in a dedicated play area on a Qatar site, ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. This role requires constant vigilance, friendly interaction with children and parents, and adherence to club rules.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor children to maintain a secure play environment.
• Prevent accidents, respond promptly to injuries, and enforce safety guidelines.
• Welcome children and parents, explain rules, timings, and safety procedures.
• Address concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of toys, equipment, and play surfaces.
• Report damaged or unsafe equipment immediately.
• Control crowding, ensure proper use and storage of toys and equipment.
• Foster a lively, inclusive atmosphere while upholding hygiene practices.

Required profile

• Minimum three (3) years experience in childcare, play school, daycare, or a similar role.
• Friendly, patient, and caring personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle children calmly and responsibly.
• Physically active and alert.
• Certificate in Basic First Aid and CPR.
• Training in childcare or early childhood education is an advantage.
