Kitchen & Laundry Technician

About the role

Join a leading hotel brand within the Accor network as a Kitchen & Laundry Technician. You will be responsible for maintaining the performance and safety of all kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring smooth operations for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and steam presses.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare‑parts inventory.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs.
• Respond quickly to guest and operational requests related to kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Assist in energy‑saving initiatives and equipment optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a five‑star hotel brand.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and solid knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of working well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
