Lab Instructor – Aeronautical Engineering

About the role

The University of Doha for Science and Technology seeks a Lab Instructor for its Aeronautical Engineering Department. The role involves delivering and evaluating laboratory‑based courses, supporting student learning, and contributing to program development for fall 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support, deliver, and assess a broad range of aeronautical engineering courses and labs.
• Evaluate student progress and manage learning‑environment resources.
• Liaise with industry partners and participate in advisory committees.
• Coordinate and support final‑year/capstone projects.
• Maintain course portfolio documents for program review and accreditation.
• Engage in instructional and new program development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum three years of full‑time teaching and laboratory experience at the post‑secondary level.
• Competency in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ability to use a variety of educational technologies and platforms.
• Commitment to applied and experiential learning and strong digital literacy.
• Effective oral and written communication and collaborative spirit.
