Lead – Partner Distribution (Non‑Telco)

About the role

The Lead – Partner Distribution (Non‑Telco) will drive TOD’s distribution partnerships across non‑telco channels in the MENA region, supporting strategic initiatives that boost subscriber acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, acquisition, and management of distribution partnerships across non‑telco channels in the MENA region.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities with digital platforms, fintech firms, device manufacturers, retailers, airlines and other ecosystem partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional campaigns, sponsorship and monetisation initiatives in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Own day‑to‑day relationships with partners and ensure successful execution of campaigns and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with product, technology, marketing and content teams to launch and optimise bundled offers and integrated distribution models.
• Monitor partnership performance, subscriber contribution and revenue KPIs to drive continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in partnerships, business development or commercial sales within telecom, OTT, digital media or related sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, marketing, finance, analytics and technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, media, engineering or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
