Lead Software Engineer – React Native Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an expert React Native consultant to lead the development of new mobile applications and revamp existing ones, ensuring modern architecture, high performance, security, and an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable React Native solutions for enterprise‑level mobile apps.
• Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor the mobile development team.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, backend, architecture, security, and QA teams.
• Integrate REST APIs, SDKs, authentication mechanisms, and native modules.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployments to App Store and Google Play.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on expertise in React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, iOS and Android development.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise mobile applications, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Deep understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, and modern architecture patterns.
