Learning and Development Manager – Cluster (Al Messila & Sharq Village)

About the role

The Cluster Learning and Development Manager will lead training initiatives for Al Messila and Sharq Village & Spa, ensuring that all learning activities are aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role identifies development needs and delivers programs that drive service excellence and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs across the cluster.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness, monitor attendance, and evaluate ROI using guest satisfaction data and performance metrics.
• Partner with operational leaders to close performance gaps and reinforce technical and leadership competencies.
• Maintain training budgets and ensure programs incorporate adult‑learning principles.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or training experience, **or** a 4‑year degree with no experience required.
• Certified trainer status (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
