Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will act as a role model for team members at Banana Island Resort Doha, driving individual growth and supporting the Property Leadership Team to enhance skills and capabilities that underpin exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor individual development plans for all team members.
• Organise and deliver training activities, workshops and learning programmes.
• Provide strategic advice to the Property Leadership Team on skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Ensure learning initiatives align with customer satisfaction goals.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of learning interventions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a learning function, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven experience in adult learning and managing culturally diverse teams.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to deliver quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Strong facilitation, communication (English) and project‑management skills.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and detail‑oriented.
