Legal Specialist – Qatarization

About the role
The Legal Specialist (Qatarization) will oversee the review, management and compliance of all contracts and leases for Vodafone Qatar. Working closely with the Head of Legal and the Legal Director, you will provide commercially‑aware legal advice that supports the company’s strategic and operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, leases and related agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and communicate legal risks while proposing practical solutions.
- Coordinate with business units to align legal advice with commercial objectives.
- Maintain and update contract procedures, policies and documentation.
- Support the Legal Director in developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Proven experience in contract management and legal compliance, preferably within the telecom sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risk with business needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
