Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Full-time, On-site

About the role

Seed Health And Wellness is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary team in Doha. The role focuses on delivering person-centered psychotherapy and assessments within a holistic, integrative care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results and produce integrated reports.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners, participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Offer psycho-education, contribute to program development and support a therapeutic environment aligned with SEED’s holistic approach.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions.
• Proven ability to supervise junior clinicians or interns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity; English required, Arabic a plus.
