Licensed Clinical Psychologist

About the role

The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will work full‑time on‑site in Doha, delivering comprehensive psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, and evidence‑based treatment plans for clients of SEED.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and administer, score, and interpret standardized tests.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness‑based approaches.
• Develop and document evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary wellness practitioners.
• Deliver psychoeducation, participate in case consultations, and contribute to the development of SEED’s holistic programs.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or equivalent with current licensure or eligibility.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Psychology and Counseling Psychology.
• Experience in clinical supervision and guiding mental‑health professionals or trainees.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work in multicultural or international settings.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills such as Arabic are an advantage.
