About the role
The Lifeguard ensures the safety of guests in the pool area of Westin Doha. You will monitor swimmers, respond quickly to emergencies, and maintain a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Observe the swimming area, identify unsafe conditions, and assist struggling swimmers using appropriate rescue techniques.
- Promote and enforce pool rules, report accidents, and complete safety documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, handle towels, and perform routine poolside cleaning tasks.
- Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and provide first‑aid support as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
