About the role
The Lobby Ambassador at Sarab Lounge, The St. Regis Doha, creates memorable guest experiences by delivering attentive service, managing dining settings, and ensuring a safe, polished environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, and ensure all service stations are stocked.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.
- Uphold company policies, quality standards, uniform appearance, and professional communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
