Logistics Coordinator – Site Facilities (Qatar)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator (Site Facilities) will support the restoration project by ensuring smooth on‑site coordination between teams and managing office and temporary support facilities in Qatar. The role reports to the Logistics Division Manager and acts as the primary point of contact for office‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager and project teams.
• Interface with authorities and company departments for permits and operational activities.
• Coordinate staff mobilization plans, office allocation and access passes.
• Manage daily office operations, including policies, procedures, records and inventory.
• Oversee office maintenance, repairs, health‑safety compliance and vendor performance.
• Liaise with landlords, building management and service providers to ensure well‑maintained workspaces.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee requests related to office facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a business‑related function, including at least 4 years in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven administrative experience and ability to support project execution.
• International experience, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East, and exposure to large‑scale industrial projects.
